2. Our Programs and Enrolment

This Site provides general information about our AI, coding, and drone programs, and our holiday camps. It does not itself constitute an offer of enrolment. Specific terms relating to fees, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation for a program will be confirmed separately with you at the point of registration or enrolment.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — including our name, logo, text, graphics, and design — belongs to 21st Mind or is used with permission, and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, copy, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos of students during classes, holiday camps, and competitions for use on this Site and our marketing materials, only where we have consent as described in our Privacy Policy. If you would like an image of your child removed from our Site, please contact us and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
